We aim to deliver your order quickly, however as all items are handmade to order, please allow 4-7 working days for delivery. 

Delivery To Europe

With Brexit now in place since January 2021, we have had no choice but to suspend our European delivery services to Europe, including the Republic of Ireland, with immediate effect. We are hoping to resume delivery within the European Union as quickly as possible.

Delivery To Rest Of World 

Due to the bulky nature of the majority of our products and rising international delivery costs we are not currently offering delivery outside of the UK.

Returns Policy

The Basics:

Requests to return must be submitted within 14 days from the day of delivery. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item(s). All original packaging must be included, with information about your order (name or order number).

The following items cannot be returned as they have been made-to-order to your specifications; cushions, fabric by the metre, lamp shades. Any items which are personalised can also not be returned unless faulty. By placing an order, it is understood that you have accepted these terms of purchase.

Items must be returned with all original packaging, and in new re-sellable condition. This includes ensuring that the item(s) are free from; marks, stains, discolouration, pet hair, odours, or in any way used or washed.

Full Returns Policy:

In line with the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have 14 days (from the date of receiving the item) to request a return, and a further 14 days to return the item(s).

You can return for refund or store credit. Store Credit is sent in the form of an online gift voucher. Store Credit is issued immediately, while refunds can take several business days to appear in your account. Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to be processed.

We do not offer an exchange service. If you would like to return your item for an exchange, we recommend returning it for Store Credit, so that you can immediately use this reimbursement when it is returned to you.

Items must be returned with all original packaging, and in new re-sellable condition. This includes ensuring that the item(s) are free from; marks, stains, discolouration, pet hair, odours, or in any way used or washed. Any item(s) returned to us that does not meet these standards will not be reimbursed and will be returned to you. In the event that any item(s) are sent back to us after being returned to the customer, they will not be reimbursed or sent back again. 

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us, unless you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item. You are responsible for the item until it has been returned to our premises, so please ensure that any item(s) returned are packaged safely and sufficiently.

In the event that we receive a returned item(s) that is damaged (but not reported to have been damaged before returning), we will determine that this has happened due to insufficient packaging. In this event, we will contact you to offer partial refund, or store credit.

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit while being returned to us, and you will not receive reimbursement for any items lost before they have arrived at our premises, unless proof of postage can be provided.

If any item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we must be notified within the first 5 days of receipt. Any fault or damage reported to us later than 5 days will be considered to have happened after receipt. To notify us of a faulty item, please email us at hello@windsorandwhite.com with photos showing the reported fault, so that we can investigate this.
